Welcome to Tri-Community Elementary!

My name is Alison Matusko, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Tri-Community Elementary. With 24 years in education—including 14 years as a 5th grade teacher, 6 years at Tri-C as the Data and Instruction Specialist, and the past two years in educational leadership—I bring a deep commitment to student growth and academic excellence.

At Tri-Community, we believe that every child can learn when provided with the right tools, support, and environment. Our dedicated staff works tirelessly to create a school culture where all students feel valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Equally important to our mission is the belief that strong partnerships with families and caregivers are essential to student success. I am committed to fostering open, honest, and consistent communication with our school community, and I truly value the role families play in their children's education.
